Coupon codes applied at checkout do not apply to the purchase of Tuff Gear eGift Cards. eGift Cards cannot be purchased more than 1 year (365 days) in advance.
The eGift Card will be emailed to the recipient between 12:00am–1:00am on the selected delivery date. If the current date is selected, the eGift Card will be sent to the recipient within a few hours of purchase.
Tuff Gear eGift Cards are valid for redemption only at tuffgear.com.au and for eligible shipping addresses as specified on the website. eGift Cards cannot be redeemed at third-party stockists, retail partners, or distributors.
eGift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable once purchased. Each eGift Card expires 3 years (1095 days) from the date the recipient receives the eGift Card via email. Any unused balance may be applied to future purchases until the expiry date.
Tuff Gear is not responsible for lost, deleted, or misplaced eGift Card emails and will not replace them. eGift Cards are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards, or securities.
