Price Match Guarantee

At Tuff Gear we want you to buy with confidence, knowing you're getting the best price on genuine motorcycle gear. If you find an identical, in-stock item cheaper at another authorised Australian retailer, we'll match the price.

How it works

• Contact us before you buy, with a link or screenshot of the competitor's current price.
• The item must be identical (same brand, model, colour and size) and in stock and ready to ship from the competitor.
• The competitor must be an authorised Australian retailer with an Australian Business Number (ABN) - not an overseas seller, marketplace listing, or grey-market import.
• The competitor's price must include their standard shipping cost for a fair comparison.
• We'll confirm the match and honour it on your order, or explain if it doesn't qualify.

What isn't included

• Clearance, sale, or discount-code pricing (ours or the competitor's).
• Auction sites, private sellers, or membership-only pricing.
• Bundled offers, free gifts, or financing promotions.

Get in touch via our contact page or email care@tuffgear.com.au with the item and the competitor price, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

This guarantee is offered at Tuff Gear's discretion and may be updated at any time.
